Just recently, I got the opportunity to coach a U 7/8 youth girls soccer team in Williams Lake. I am so excited for the opportunity, and I think it will be an incredibly rewarding experience that will enhance my learning and teaching abilities. It helps me to learn how to communicate clearly and effectively by breaking down complex skills into the simpler steps that young players can understand Coaching us also helped me develop patients and flexibility as each player learns at their own pace I’ve learned to encourage teamwork, build confidence and manage a group of individuals, something that would directly contribute to my classroom, setting coaching has strength, my leadership abilities, my teaching abilities and referred by passion for teaching and helping others grow.
